Description
The Craftsman® tool chest is fabricated of robust steel and is built to last. It comports 3 ball-bearing drawers that open and close smoothly even when they are full of tools. A padlock hasp and staple enable the chest to be locked (padlock not included). The shallow drawers help organize Tools by storing them in one easy-to-see layer. This product is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Scotty from I liked this toolbox... on my third attempt [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this toolbox at my local Lowe's. I brought it home, opened the box and found it had a huge dent in the lid. I drove back to Lowe's, returned it, got a new one, opened it in the parking lot (no dent in the lid), brought it home and found that the bottom drawer was defective and wouldn't open. Third attempt landed me an undented/unbroken box, but that was after driving to Lowe's 3 times and waiting in the return line twice. If you buy this, MAKE SURE you check it fully before you drive off with it (or better yet, take it out of the box before you buy it).

It was on sale and picked it up as my last box has sen better days. Hope this one lasts the 10 years of my last Craftsman box. Glad to see that it is still made in the USA!

My first one was a gift 45 years ago. When I placed it next to the new one they were identical, except for wear and tear, and I am still using it. It is a Craftsman, what more do I have to say? A great product well made.

Loaded it up will all my tools and I can see no flex when carrying by the handle. The bad: The first one I picked up was no square and the latches did not catch correctly. Return was easy and the new box is a home run. Over all: Buy this box if you want something assembled in the US and will most likely last a life time. Craftsman may not be the brand it once was but Stanley-Black and Decker seem to be putting time and money in the brand.

Saw it on amazon was more expensive, then I had my mind to look it up at Lowe's and I was very happy to see a better price ! The tool box itself is amazing. I love it . I just starten with buying tools since I move out on my own and I need to have tools for any situation and needed a tool box like this one. I did my research and found the best one I like which was craftsman ! Love it and thanks Lowe's !

Very secure, easy to open, drawers stay shut unless the lid is up (and they cannot be closed with the lid down). I have owned one for years, and so for Christmas bought one for my son as his first "real" tool box. Cannot recommend more highly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Austin from Solid little box [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't beat this box for the price. It seems durable with a good finish and still has the classic Craftsman look. The drawers are really smooth, and to top it off, it's made by Americans.
